Cowichan Valley Patient Partner Engagement Opportunities: Are you interested in sharing your health care experiences to inform service improvements in your community? We are currently looking for volunteers to review proposed service improvements for
- People living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Palliative and end-of-life care; and
- People with multiple chronic health conditions whose health is frail due to the complexity of their illness, age or other environmental factors, click here for printable flyer. (15 vacancies, RSVP to email@example.com by November 15 2019)
Broader community engagement will resume upon approval of the business plan. As always, our project team is accepting requests to present to community stakeholder groups as schedules permit.
