MyHealth: see your Island Health records online

MyHealth is a secure online tool that lets you see parts of your Island Health record, results, and stay on top of next steps — all in one place.

Reset your MyHealth password

If this is your first time signing in since June 3, 2026, you will need to set a new password. This is a planned update for all users and helps keep your health information secure.

Ask for access to another person’s MyHealth account, if they have given you permission or you are authorized to manage their care.

How it works: MyHealth and your care

Some features are available only at participating clinics. What you can see and do in MyHealth depends on where you receive care.

Before your visit

At participating clinics, you may be able to:

  • Check appointment dates, times and locations.
  • Review preparation instructions.
  • Complete forms ahead of time.
After your visit

When information is available, you can:

  • See test results.
  • Review visit summaries.
  • Check next steps in your care.
Between visits
  • Receive messages from your care team at participating clinics.
  • View health information for a child, teen or another adult when you have authorized access.
  • Access your available health information online when it’s convenient for you.

Costs

MyHealth is free to use. Your phone or internet charges may apply. 

How do we protect your information?

Your information is stored securely in Canada and protected under B.C. privacy laws. It is shared only with members of your care team and used solely to support your care.

MyHealth may not show your full health record. You can submit a request to receive a copy.
