You can access adult Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) services in your community by completing a free and confidential intake assessment with Island Health’s local MHSU teams. 

In some communities, walk-in (or phone-in) appointments are available on the same day. Click on your community below or call your local MHSU team for more information.
