Comox Valley Mental Health & Substance Use

We provide a single access point for individuals seeking adult mental health and substance use services in Comox Valley and its communities. The first step is to complete the single session walk-in or phone service (contact no. and hours below).

Services provided

  • Screening and assessment.
  • Service navigation and referral.
  • Connection to mental health and substance use services, including counselling, outreach teams, treatment and recovery. 

How to access services

  • Start the self-referral process with our nursing team. Walk-ins welcome, or call to book an appointment: 250-331-8524.
  • We accept referrals from individuals, community agencies, clinicians and other Island Health programs. 
  • Drop-in groups are open to the public. Call reception for the current schedule:
