Island Health provides a network of counselling, prevention, residential care and treatment services across Vancouver Island for youth (ages 13-19) and their families.

Get free counselling for youth ages 13 to 19 and their families through the Discovery Youth program.
Youth ages 13 to 19 and their families can get counselling, treatment, residential care and support related to alcohol and other drug use.
Get medication and support to reduce opioid cravings, prevent withdrawal and lower the risk of overdose.
The Youth Intensive Case Management Team (YICMT) is for youth in community experiencing the most persistent and complex substance use with additional vulnerabilities.
