We provide a single access point and ongoing support for individuals seeking adult mental health and substance use services in the Western Communities (formerly Westshore), including View Royal, Colwood, Metchosin, Highlands, Sooke and Port Renfrew.

- Same day, single-session counselling appointment
- Screening and assessment
- Referrals to the most appropriate service, team or community resource
- Services such as counselling, case management, psychiatry, substance use supports
- Connection to services such as withdrawal management (detox) and acute care
