The Rapid Access Addiction Clinic (RAAC) in Victoria helps individuals with opioid and/or alcohol use disorders.
Individuals with opioid use disorder receive support for starting and maintaining Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT). Individuals with alcohol use disorder receive medical support for starting on anti-craving medication. Clients receive short-term, individualized services to stabilize before moving to longer-term community services, including primary care providers.

How to access services
- Self-referrals are encouraged. Please see below:
- Services for opioid use disorder: you can walk-in during the week Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Services for alcohol use disorder: please call or come in to arrange an assessment time. Call 250-519-3776.
- Physician or clinician referral, please use the RAAC Referral Form.
