The Ladysmith Community Health Centre, formerly the Ladysmith Hospital, is a Primary Health Care Centre designed to provide a range of health and community services in one central location.
The goal of the Centre is to provide integrated and collaborative team care to patients by the appropriate provider in the appropriate setting in an appropriate time and in an appropriate type and format of intervention for their needs.

Urgent Care/Clinical Day Care:
Daily, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Diabetes Education:
Tuesday mornings by appointment - drop in most Tuesdays from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Child Health Clinic:
Thursday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. - by appointment only
Youth Health Clinic:
Wednesday: 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Youth and Family Substance Use Services:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Adult Mental Health and Addiction:
Monday - Friday: by appointment only
Any Other Amenities
Neurological Rehabilitation Outpatient Program
Provides short-term rehab services to adults who have acquired significant neurological impairments that impact their ability to function. Therapy services available include Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy.
