Building Description

Six storey high rise in the heart of James Bay. Building was renovated completely, including seismic upgrades in 2005.

Building Amenities

Amenities include; beautiful secured outside garden, resident lounge spaces on every floor, entertainment rooms, large multi-purpose room, hair salon, spa rooms on each floor, lovely views of the city and the ocean.

Neighbourhood/Community Amenities

One block from James Bay Village Centre (grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops etc). Two blocks from Dallas road oceanfront. Close to downtown city centre.

Residents will be provided with care that is responsive to individual preferences, needs and values. We are a community of people committed to providing compassionate care and excellent service to our residents.

Service providers such as the denturist, foot care nurse, dental hygienist, and PT and OT visit the home to provide their services.


Parking is free but limited.

Visiting Information

During influenza season (typically December-March), to help protect patients from the flu, all visitors will be expected to wear a mask in our facilities if they have not had a flu shot. For more information, please read our Frequently Asked Questions and Influenza Protection Policy.

Provincial policy requires all visitors to be informed:  "Violence, foul language and abusive behaviours are not acceptable. Verbal threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated and may result in removal from this facility and/or prosecution."
