Monique Melendez, Simulation Support
Monique is responsible for scheduling and booking of simulation space and equipment as well as all of the administrative support for the Centre. Monique has a rich background of administration, healthcare and humanitarian work. She can be reached at cicsl@islandhealth.ca.
Tamara Young, Clinical Nurse Educator, Simulation (Island Health Simulation Program)
Tamara works to increase simulation capacity in Island Health by supporting the training and ongoing practice of simulation facilitators. She also provides educational consultation, collaborates with departments across the region to utilize simulation education, and assists programs with the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of simulation efforts up and down the island.
