Mental Health and Substance Use Services

Provides consultative psychiatric care to patients in areas that typically experience long wait times or do not have access to local psychiatry services.

YT5 (Youth Tier 5) provides integrated service to youth primarily 13-18 years of age who have multiple and complex needs related to persistent and significant substance use and mental health challenges. 

Outreach teams work in communities and offer accessible services to people who are facing challenges related to mental health and substance use.

Opioid agonist treatment (OAT) is an evidenced-based treatment for opioid use disorder.

Provides screening, assessment and individualized treatment plans to adults aged 19 and older who are facing moderate to severe challenges related to mental health and substance use.

Assessment and consultation services available to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities experiencing non-crisis mental health concerns.

Team-based care and recovery services provide person-centered care to individuals experiencing severe mental health and/or substance use issues.
