If you are pregnant, you can use this service. You don’t need to know what care you need to get started.

How to get started

  1. Register online. 
    Fill out a short form.
     
  2. Talk with a nurse
    A public health nurse will contact you.
     
  3. Stay connected (optional)
    Get support during pregnancy and up to birth.

What to expect

A public health nurse will contact you, listen to your questions, and help you find the right care — during pregnancy and after your baby is born.  

You don’t need to know what kind of help you need.
 

During pregnancy

  • Find pregnancy and birth care
  • Learn about prenatal classes
  • Get support with food, activity, and mental health
  • Talk about feeding choices (breast, chest, or formula)
  • Get ready for birth
     

After your baby is born

  • Talk about your baby’s health and development
  • Learn what’s normal and when to get care
  • Get feeding help (phone or in person)
  • Visit child health clinics and get routine shots
  • Get support for recovery and mental health
  • Find parenting programs and family supports
