Assisted Living suites are in a purpose-built addition to our original heritage building. In addition to the suites, there are multiple lounges and recreation spaces for residents to enjoy. Video tours of suites and public areas are available for viewing on our website.
We have multiple areas for gathering with guests, other residents, planned recreation, or enjoying the newspaper with a coffee. Additionally, we are on 14 acres of property with pathways for walking among the gardens for all mobility devices. The property is shared with a large childcare centre and family housing.
Single occupancy only in all subsidized units.

We have a bus that takes residents on planned outings for both necessities and pleasures, that are planned by our Recreation Team.

We are close to the Hillside Mall, Quadra Village, and to downtown Victoria.
Non-Denominational Christian organization that warmly welcomes those with all beliefs and cultures.
Non-denominational Christian chapel services are offered weekly.

All Assisted Living Units are 1 bedroom and approximately 500 square feet.
Residents pay 70% of their after-tax income up to a maximum rate. This covers the cost of food, cleaning, linen laundry, accommodation, and subsidized personal care. We offer a seated exercise class every day Mon to Fri, as well as walking groups for those who are more mobile.

Various entertainment from Choirs and musicians to groups of children, or fashion shows, as well as movie nights, news group discussions, group crossword puzzles and much more!
The building is fully wheelchair accessible.
Motorized scooters and wheelchairs are permitted following a brief driving test and after signing a safety agreement.
Pets are welcome to visit but are not permitted to live here.
There is no smoking of nicotine or cannabis anywhere in the building or on the property.
Every suite has a lockable cabinet and a lockable entrance. The main entrances are locked outside of business hours and public areas have security cameras for additional safety.
Excellent meals provided by a CCC designated Chef. In addition, we are located on 14 acres of beautiful property in the heart of the city, with walking paths available to all mobility requirements, and an easy distance to all amenities (mall, banking, pharmacy, etc.).
As this is the residents’ home, visiting hours are open to family and friends.

During viral respiratory illness season (typically December - March), we follow the Provincial Health Officer’s direction to help protect residents from respiratory illness.
Provincial policy requires all visitors to be informed: "Violence, foul language and abusive behaviours are not acceptable. Verbal threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated and may result in removal from this facility and/or prosecution.”
