Community Spiritual Visitors

Community Spiritual Visitors (CSV) refers to anyone who is designated by their spiritual, religious or cultural community to visit members who are patients or residents in an Island Health facility.  While Island Health staff do not recommend any particular Community Spiritual Visitor to patients or residents we do recognize that the spiritual and/or cultural care you provide to your community members can be very important for their healing, wellness and peace.

For more information and guidelines on being a Community Spiritual Visitor please read our guide: Community Spiritual Visitors Guidelines.

CSVs may also receive a parking pass to help them connect with members of their own communities.  To obtain a parking pass please complete this form and return to the nearest Spiritual Health Practitioner.
