This location is a wound care clinic for Community Health Services clients.
To attend, you must be a client of Community Health Services and have a referral. This is not a walk-in service.
As well as an in-person wound clinic, Esquimalt Community Health Services provides a range of services in the community including home support, home care nursing, rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, and case management. To enquire about these services and other supports, please call your local Community Access line.
