Oak Bay Gordon Head Community Health Services

This location is an ambulatory clinic for Community Health Services clients with scheduled appointments. 

This is not a walk-in service.

As well as an in-person clinic, Oak Bay and Gordon Head Community Health Services provides a range of services in the community including home support, home care nursing, rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, and case management.
