The North Quadra Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) will be closed to in-person visits from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, due to a planned BC Hydro power outage. Patients are advised to call 1-833-688-8722 to inquire about booking an appointment at another Victoria-area urgent and primary care centre.
The James Bay, Gorge, Esquimalt, Downtown Victoria and Westshore sites remain open.
North Quadra UPCC clinical staff will be re-deployed to other urgent and primary care centres to continue to support patient care.
Virtual care appointments will not be affected.
The North Quadra UPCC will resume normal operations at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
