The North Quadra Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) will be closed to in-person visits all day Sunday, November 8, 2026, due to a planned BC Hydro power outage. Patients are advised to call 1-833-688-8722 to inquire about booking an appointment at another Victoria-area urgent and primary care centre.
The James Bay, Gorge, Esquimalt, Downtown Victoria and Westshore sites remain open.
North Quadra UPCC clinical staff will be re-deployed to other urgent and primary care centres to continue to support patient care. Virtual care appointments will not be affected.
The North Quadra UPCC will resume normal operations Monday, November 9, 2026.
