People attending Saanich Peninsula Hospital in August and September should be aware of ongoing construction work to expand parking at the hospital.
Construction is underway to expand parking for visitors, staff and volunteers. Work will occur in three phases to add approximately 100 more parking stalls to the hospital. The project is expected to be complete this fall.
Flaggers will be onsite directing traffic as regular traffic patterns will be disrupted during work. Access to the main entrance, emergency department entrance and health unit will not be affected.
