Everyone experiences worries and anxiety. The key is to learn how to make sure these don’t get in the way of doing things you care about!
YMCA Mind Fit, in partnership with organizations across the province, is a 8-week program for teens ages 13-19 with mild to moderate symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.
The YMCA Mindfulness Groups offer a free 7-week psychoeducational and support group for young adults ages 18-30 who experience anxiety.
The YMCA Teen Mindfulness Groups support teens ages 13 to 17 who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety to learn and practice healthy coping strategies to better manage stress and anxiety.
