If you need medical equipment for home or for long-term use, it is your responsibility to purchase, borrow, or rent these items unless you are in the BC Palliative Care Program.
Example equipment includes walkers, wheelchairs, mobility aids, patient lifts, hospital beds, and bathroom safety items.
