We are a team of health care professionals working in association with your family physician/nurse practitioner and local liver / HIV specialist. We provide an integrated service of prevention, education, treatment and support related to viral hepatitis and HIV.

- Viral hepatitis & HIV prevention and liver wellness programs.
- Assessments, education & support
- Treatment planning and support during your treatment for viral hepatitis or HIV.
- Access to Mental Health and Addiction Services Clinician
- A place where family and friends can have their questions answered
