The Specialist Memory Clinic is part of the Seniors’ Outpatient Clinic at Royal Jubilee Hospital and works closely with the Neil and Susan Manning Cognitive Health Initiative.
A referral is required. Please consult your primary care provider for access to this service.
Primary care providers can make referrals through the geriatric specialty services referral form in Pathways. The form should indicate that the referral is for a memory clinic assessment.

Clinic staff can be reached Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
**Physicians may see patients on other days based on availability.
Please bring B.C. medical care card as well as all prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, inhalers, patches & supplements you’re currently using.
You are welcome to bring a fully-vaccinated family member or friend with you to the clinic.
The clinic will send an appointment notification by mail or email that will include the length of the appointment, a location map and parking details.
