- Other hospital insurance details
- Medications (in original bottles), for reference by medical staff
If you have Advance Care Planning documents, please bring copies. For more information, please visit: Advance Care Planning
We ask that you identify one person for our staff to communicate with regarding your stay in hospital. That person can relay information to your family and friends, and will help reduce phone calls to the hospital.
Please do not bring jewellery, large amounts of cash or other valuables. A credit card may be required for TV and phone rentals.
For your safety and others, please do not bring any items that may be considered unsafe in a healthcare setting. Please refrain from bringing these Prohibited Items.
