Downloading the MyVirtualVisit App

This page contains information on how to download and install the application required for a MyVirtualVisit appointment. 

Download and Start Using the InTouch Patient App for MyVirtualVisit

Use the information below to find the InTouch application for your chosen device and instructions on how to download and install it if required. Please note that Internet Explorer (IE) and Safari browsers do not work for MyVirtualVisit. No application is available at this time for Android devices. Users can access MyVirtualVisit through their Chrome or Firefox browser. Contact MyVirtualVisit support (1-888-519-1880) if you have questions or need assistance.

Download the InTouch Patient App from the App Store 

Help downloading the InTouch Patient iOS app

Download the app a day or two before your appointment to provide time to solve any technical issues. If you do not download the app from the App Store you will be prompted to download the app when you test your connection ahead of your appointment. 

Depending on your App Store settings, you may be prompted to enter a password, use Face ID or Touch ID to complete the download process. Visit Apple Support for help if needed. 

Start using the app

After you have downloaded and opened the app, you must return to your appointment invitation and click the ENTER WAITING ROOM button to join your appointment. Future appointments from this device will automatically open in the app. Test your connection prior to attending a MyVirtualVisit Appointment

Desktop App for Windows Devices

Click the Self-Test link in your appointment email to download the InTouch Patient app

Start using the app

The desktop app will provide the best experience.  If you do not wish to download the app, you may choose to continue in your preferred browser (Chrome or Firefox). 

After you have downloaded and opened the app, you must return to your appointment invitation and click the ENTER WAITING ROOM button to join your appointment. Future appointments from this device will automatically open in the Windows desktop app. Test your connection prior to attending a MyVirtualVisit Appointment.
