Our MyVirtualVisit application previously known as InTouch Patient is being renamed to Teladoc Health Patient. Updates are now available for iOS applications. Updates for desktop and laptop computers will be available on March 1, 2021. On March 1st onward, you will be prompted to download the update when clicking the link to join your appointment.

iPhone or iPad users: update your InTouch Patient iOS application now through the App Store.  Look for the Teladoc Health Patient app icon on your device for future virtual visits.

Desktop or laptop computer users: Update the InTouch Patient application by joining your next appointment and following the prompts to install the update. The InTouch app will change to Teladoc Health Patient. Set aside 5-10 minutes for the update to allow time to restart the application and rejoin your appointment from your invitation email.
