Comox Valley Nursing Centre offers support for chronic pain management.  Our team works in partnership with the family doctor and may include:

  • Nursing
  • Physiotherapy
  • Kinesiology
  • Pharmacy
  • Nutrition
  • Mental Health
  • Medical Consultants

Our goal is to help clients explore and understand their health issues.  We

  • Encourage clients to take personal responsibility for their health through shared discussion, goal setting and problem solving
  • Support client’s decisions about their health and lifestyle by providing information and education, individual consultations and links to other resources in the community
  • Are concerned with the whole person, not just a single health issues

Are client-centered, and respect clients active participation in managing their own health effectively
